Pongbot Customer Service Experience
Bought after a lot of research a Pongbot Pace S Pro. Decided based on marginal customer service experiences by others to order through Amazon. Before taking delivery I learned that Pongbot offered a $150 discount and some free goodies if ordered from Pongbot website. Contacted Pongbot “Customer Service” to see how the unequal treatment could be remedied. The answer was that Amazon distribution was handled by a different department at Pongbot and that I was SOL. A follow-up email I sent was never answered… 0-40 for me, I guess. submitted by /u/CriticalWankerGB to r/ConsumerAdvice [link] [comments]
PongBot Pace S Pro owners: ball feed/toss for serve practice?
Does anyone know if there’s a drill or setting on the PongBot Pace S Pro that will simply feed/toss balls out from the hopper so you can practice serving? I saw a YouTube video where someone had the PongBot tossing a ball up to them and they were serving it, but I can’t figure out how to set this up
I Tested the PongBot Pace S Pro…Is It Actually Worth It?!?

Are tennis lessons worth the cost?
I am in a predicament where I want to get better at tennis. I bought the Pongbot Ball Pace S Pro earlier this summer to work on my specific mechanics (hitting ascending/descending balls after the bounce, direct volley, etc). My shots are controlled and going to the desired target. Having a ball machine is nice, but I wonder now if getting a coach would be worth the cost and see if my general mechanics may be off. 10 professional hours appears to be equivalent to the current cost of a ball machine (~1k). This equals out to about 10 lessons total. I have never been officially rated but would like to think I am a 3.0-3.5. I am not going professional but would like to be a competitive player in the 40-year-old age bracket. submitted by /u/SpicyMealOutside to r/10s [link] [comments]
